3Phase Elevator and Willamette Elevator Announce Merger
Willamette joins the 3Phase family of independents, adding a strong presence in Portland Oregon and Southwestern Washington State markets
CANTON, Mass. & PORTLAND, Oregon, February 28, 2022 – 3Phase Elevator, the leading independent elevator and escalator services provider, today announced that it has merged with Portland-based Willamette Elevator. The strategic combination of Willamette Elevator with 3Phase and its west coast brands, under Specialized Elevator Service Holdings, allows 3Phase to provide geographically contiguous service to customers across California, Oregon, and Washington.
Willamette Elevator provides a range of local elevator services, including maintenance, repair, modernization, and safety testing. The company was founded in 2013 by Tom Nadeau in Wilsonville, Oregon, and quickly expanded into Salem, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. Nadeau will continue to lead and grow Willamette Elevator as an equity owner in the combined company.
